To preserve the colour and print, avoid bleach, harsh cleaning products and high heat.
Each fabric is printed to order in the design and fabric type selected by the customer.
Once printing has begun, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your fabric arrives defective or differs from your order, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Keep the fabric unused and uncut while your request is being reviewed, where possible. Slight colour differences between the screen and the printed fabric may occur due to screen settings, the printing process and the characteristics of the selected fabric.
